FLEKT is a site where people auction their time or bid on other's time.
You can do two things:
1. Offer your time. Turn on "accept bids" on your profile. People can bid to meet you. When an auction ends, the highest bidder wins. You get paid directly. Then you meet them (video call, etc.).
2. Bid to meet others. Browse profiles and live auctions. If you like someone, place a bid. If you win, you pay and meet them.
No hourly rates. No scheduling back and forth. You set the terms. Bidders compete. You earn from your time.
