Instead of building a survey by hand, you just 'write what you're trying to understand': - "Why are my users churning?" - "Why aren't people using the feature I just launched?" An agent reads your event data and designs the whole survey - who to ask, the moment to trigger it (e.g. right after they mark a milestone and land back on home), the question(s), and how long it should be. You review it, tweak anything, and hit go. It goes live without an app release, and every response comes back enriched with who that user is (free vs paid, city, tenure, etc.) so you can slice it.
